Vent:

I’ve been experiencing hella depression lately, and followed the suggestion to try St John’s Wort (in addition to my meds)

And I think it’s shifted me into hypomania. Which is normally great but this time I’m struggling with irritability.

I touched a water droplet on the sink countertop and was disgusted.

I feel very angery today and I just wish that I would be put in my place and my brain would be made all fuzzy because I’m pretty sure that’s the best thing to soothe me right now.
