Besides whump and reading and writing it, and just anime in general? I’d say exercise; mainly running. I recently started taking jiu jitsu with my sister, so I guess there’s that too.

I live in Canada lol, so while I’m used to cold, hot is better because you can actually go outside and do fun things!

Just forgetting about my stress entirely, if even just for a while. Usually done by diving into the internet or my ds

Probably flight! Or more originally, not needing to breath so I could go exploring deep underwater.

Ha, I cannot multi-task. I definitely prefer to focus on one thing at a time. Makes me feel a lot less stressed.
