Do you- Do you ever think about the significance of "you wrote a book" and how it does have to do with Jess and Jess and Rory as a single unit, but how it also has a lot to do with Rory and her going back to school? Like... this person, a person her age actually went out there and did something and maybe it's unimportant in the big scheme of things, but it's still there and oh. my. god. maybe it's not all pointless, maybe it's not naive to want great things and maybe you can get up and move on and be whoever you want to be and make yourself heard. Maybe she, Rory Gilmore, can actually do something, change something, be somebody of importance. Maybe it's not just a stupid, useless dream. And how Jess is unknowingly her ultimate source of inspiration (and vice versa). In a way that goes beyond their history and who they are as people and speaks more to what they represent and mean to one another in a greater sense. Almost like they're each other's favorite novels or something.
Because I think about that a lot.
