Having trouble getting up in the morning?
if you're having trouble getting up in the morning and pressing the snooze button always seems to be your demise try putting your alarm clock on the other side of your room away from your bed. this way you have to get up. after all, half of the battle is just getting out of bed!
Got a Headache?
If you have a headache and you are waiting for the meds to kick in try this: take a simple wash cloth like thisand run it under some water, make sure its not too wet! fold up your towel long ways and put it in the microwave for 10 to 30 seconds depending how hot you want it. then put only half a drop of lavender or and essential oils that you may have (you do not want it to be too strong or it might make the headache even worse) this step is completely optional now put that sucker on your forehead and lie down on a nice clean pillow with some neck support and close your eyes. hope this helps!
