Ingredients: 4 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp cocoa powder. 2 tbsp sugar. 1/4 tsp baking powder. 3 tbsp non-dairy milk. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder. Add the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined. If using, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and set. Let it cool slightly before enjoying straight from the mug!
