Mr. Steve
Found out tonight that the Troy University community lost a dear friend, Mr. Steve Waddail. Mr. Steve managed the university copy center while I was in school and served as my on-campus Dad for all of my 4 years. The last two years, we were neighbors too, and I loved taking Mr. Steve dinner on occasion. Sometime after I graduated, he moved on to residence life and then into other administrative positions. He had a huge heart and will be remembered and a cool dude and a lovely human. I will treasure the mosaic candle that he helped me make, and I will visit his beautiful stained glass works on campus sometime soon.
He made the world a better, safer, more comfy place. Thanks for being my Troy State, Dad, Mr. Steve.
