Keto Asian Beef Stir Fry - Delicious & Quick Meal
A quick and easy Keto-friendly version of Chicken Parmesan that requires minimal prep work. Simply dump the ingredients into a baking dish and let the oven do the work!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. In a baking dish, put chicken breasts. Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning should be used to season the chicken breasts. Spread the marinara sauce on top of the chicken breasts. Cover each chicken breast with almond flour. Put on top of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. It should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy while hot!
