revenge for @quilbug-draws featuring a what-if situation of dereck and ivan meeting for the first time!
been meaning to draw ivan for a while :3 i think his design is so cool
ivans a medic and potions master so dereck, with his withered condition, would benefit greatly from meeting him XD (he takes potions regularly to deal with chronic pain and to help keep the withering at bay)
