This right here is the ultimate in greed - I drove by this sliver of land that’s been for sale on Quinpool road here in Halifax a couple times and I thought- that’s not wide enough to put a house on - and it has no amenities- it has to have water and sewer put into it - how much are they going to charge for it - so I went and had a look - and these greedy bastards are asking half a million dollars! Just to build a house on one of the busiest streets in the whole of Halifax Regional Municipality! No thanks!
