#I'm so genuinely stressed and terrified right now#and logically there's no reason to be#but my body is doing weird things it's never done before and I don't know how to fix it#so I'm having daily panic attacks about that#and every doctor I see keeps saying the solution is to 'reduce stress'#how do I reduce stress when the thing causing the stress is the thing I need to reduce the stress for?#I'm trying.#I'm trying really hard#but I'm *scared*#and right now my only solution is quit everything#quit choir#cancel ren faire meetings#because part of the reason I'm stressed is because I have no time to exercise or practice much self care because#I get up every day at 7:20#I get to work by 8:30#I work from 8:30 to 5#I go home#I make dinner#I do the dishes#I clean up after everyone#by that time it's... 7:30 or 8#I shower#I dry my hair#I do my bedtime routine#and then I have to make a lunch#do a final clean up walk through#feed the dog#take the dog out#get my mom's bedtime routine done#and then it's... 10 or 10:30
