Awesome week this week been a bit busy but I am super excited because I am one week away from being 100 days smoke free! My wonderful partner @frontmanguitars made me a lovely dinner last weekend and is ever the supportive boyfriend. One of my short term goals was to be able to job for 3 mins at least I smashed it and jogged for 5 straight so I'm really proud and I actually made it to the gym 4 times this week totally smashing it. Counting down to that 100days I still have those niggling cravings when I hit a certain point in my routine like after meals etc.. but I've been really good especially in a household that's majority smokers inside just gotta keep strong. Today had a good personal training session @eloisemark defiantly feeling the burn but I am feeling really good. I feel like I am actually getting somewhere with my goals. Unfortunately my #fitbit ran out of juice half way through so I don't really have another graph.
