We tend to think of disagreement as a negative thing. But if approached with the right mindset, we can use it constructively. We can make the other person feel heard and we ourselves can understand a perspective or worldview different from our own. - On the flip side, if approached with the wrong mindset, disagreement can lead to unease, misunderstanding, or resentment. This is not good, especially because most of our disagreements happen in our closest relationships.
