Okay so I was talking with a coworker of mine when she told me about a new policy (I live in Michigan but I don't know where else it is coming In act) where when citizens renew their drivers licence, they will now have a proof of citizenship stamp on it. This is going to be required to board planes, pass security checkpoints, visit military bases, etc.

This sounds like a big problem. It's another way to make life difficult for immigrants and those who don't have full citizenship or only have partial citizenship. I was told it was a federal order and must be complied with before 2020. This sounds horrible under any circumstance, but worse with our current political atmosphere. Does anyone know more about this so I can fully understand it before getting more angry?
