Weeeell, how can I say. If you payed anntention in RaC UyA, in monolog Qwark colled out Ratchet for not wearing Q-force uniform and that he has perfect thights for him. If Ratchet dosent show up, he will viollate dress code. So I desited to draw this scene, why Ratchet really didnt whanted to wear Q-force outfit. XD
