A special gift basket arrived at Captain Qwark's door right around breakfast. The entire bundle screamed Easter, consisting of neatly tied ribbons decorating the outside in intricate and cutesy patterns. A few spieces of matching colored flowers were woven into said ribbon-work as well. In short, the basket in all its prominent pink and blue glory seemed pretty much harmless to the unsuspecting moron.
But that wasn't all; the contents which lie inside the gift itself was what stood out the most. Several flavors of cookies, chocolates, and all things sweet and tasty lined the interior, their colors and outer designs a clear sign that someone wished to put all their love (or hatred) into making their target suffer--er, making them overflow with absolute glee. And if things could not get any better, amidst the sea of sweets slept a small white bunny, complete with a pastel green ribbon secured around its soft and fluffy neck. Upon closer inspection, it seemed to be holding a simple green envelope in its tiny mouth while it snoozed away.
Ah, overall the entire basket was definitely the most perfect gift the spandex-clad hero could receive. Not only for Easter, but for his birthday as well. It was too good to be true---way too good...
