Honestly Windows 10 isn't that bad, I mean it'll never be as good as 7 but it's a helluva lot better than 8
Yeah I know, but sometimes with computers if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, y’know? This laptop is reaching the end of its usefulness, and in a few years I’m just gonna get a new one with 10 on it anyway, and when I get that 10 will have a lot more software support. Right now all that upgrading to 10 will do for my laptop is to slow it down, because the OS requires more RAM than Windows 8 does. Like my 8 year old laptop still has Windows 7 and is fine for what I need it to do, and I won’t drag that down with 10.

haha yeah keep an eye out for that update if you don’t want it, I think I stated the reasons why above. I mean, if your computer is fairly recent and you’re gonna primarily use it for a while longer, go ahead and upgrade, otherwise it’s not necessary. At least Windows is much less egregious with its RAM usage getting upped with each OS than Mac is. Apple REALLY loves to obsolete their hardware holy shit. Like I just had to help a friend who was getting ‘out of RAM’ errors on his 4gb RAM Macbook Air that he bought three years ago for $1100. Honestly such a fucking crime????
