The two main issues I’ve had for pointe is a disappearing heel and my shank twisting and it’s happened in all of the shoes I tried. Today I went to get fit by a really good fitter and within 15 minutes she had me in the Bloch Eurostretch from their Stretchpointe collection. The elasticized heel has solved the disappearing heel problem and the split sole has solved the twisting. The difference is astounding. I don’t have a picture of me up en pointe with both shoes sewn and everything, but the difference between my feet sitting down is still huge.

The left is my old shoe and the right is the new one with nothing sewn or the drawstring pulled. It’s so nice!
