Well, both Ash and Mira are in Extraction, so I'm gonna be basing my answers on that!
Usually her girlfriend doesn't go on missions, so at first Ash would oppose the idea. I imagine that, same as it happened with allowing solo incursions, Thermite would have to talk "sense" into her about this.
Ash would monitor the incursion very closely, maybe a little more than usual, and might even come as more bossy/micro-managing the operation than it's normal. Still, she manages to keep it all professional.
As soon as she gets hurt by the archeans, Ash would be biting her nails and trying to calm herself down. If the mission went so pear shaped that her gf ends in the foam, Ash would be tense like a wood plank.
In the event she went MIA and they needed to organize a rescue mission, I'm sure she'd be planning that before the rest of the team was back at the Pioneer, like already asking for volunteers and asking someone else to help coordinate the mission.
Ash would find free time to be at her girlfriend's bedsie on the medical bay, hoping for her to wake up after Doc assures her it's all fine and she will recover without problem. I'm pretty sure Ash would berate her for taking such risks once she wakes up again, tho, in a "you had me worried sick, you're not going back out there any time soon!" kind of way.
This personal scare coupled with the fact the parasite keeps evolving and posing further risks, it might incentivize Ash to try to recruit more people into REACT (more operators, more scientists, more personnel in general). And definitely try to steer her girlfriend into staying aboard the Pioneer and busy, so she doesn't think she needs to go out in another incursion again.
