Returners to New RAs during training
My goal during RA training was to maintain my weight. I didn’t want to gain any, and this morning when I stepped on the scale I thought I was going to see an increase. I only worked out that first night because after that I was either too tired or worked so late that I essentially went straight to bed. And towards the end of training I ate desserts probably more than I should’ve. However, when I stepped on the scale this morning I had lost 0.6 pounds! It’s not a lot by any means, but it means I did better than my goal of just maintaining!
Me after a long day of training
oof I forgot how annoying this can be
Yesterday I wore this onesie to work. And yes, it has a tail. I wore it all day. Even when I presented to all of the RAs. I have a weird job. The bottom two pictures are from RA camp today. It was really nice weather, a bit cooler than normal. And we didn't have to stay overnight, which is SO AMAZING! So I'm laying on my couch getting ready for a shower before bed. I put both pictures because the cropped one is what I put on Facebook, but look at the other one. I know I'm a very white person, but I forget just how white until I see myself next to others. My legs are RIDICULOUS!!!
We had CPR training at work the other week and this almost happened.
Also, this was RA training and I miss that so much.
This is what RA Training teaches you to do
but actually
When exposure to 200+ people during training gets me a sore throat ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
