So a local person had their Coral Reef / Whale Island rabbit up for sale and I couldn't help myself. I've wanted her for so long and I'm so excited to have her now!
I named the toothy bb Zähne (German word for teeth) since I'm going to make her a wolpertinger inspired creature and they're part of Germanic folklore!
Oh shit I, the creepy dolls girl, absolutely forgot to post that I bought some creepy dolls. Listen, I never buy outfits but I absolutely bought the outfits too. How long has it been since I bought and/or painted a doll? Probably ten years. I got super depressed about the dolls my ex took, that I didn’t fight for, and it took a long time to heal over that. It’s beyond time.
Creepier shots under the cut. CW for face full of teeth, think lamprey, and an exposed skull.
I’m getting White Moon in Mangosteen (a medium cool grey) and Cinnabar in White. Guys I’m so excited! I found a place in Minneapolis that has all my fave painting supplies so I am set. I should be getting them in June?
I got my hands on the dream valley sherra wings for Zähne! I feel like she's my magical lucky doll with how many things I keep managing to find that I missed at their original release that I wanted.
I love the look of the action figure triple wings that I had on her but they're such a handful and so delicate. Plus I need to design a mount for them so they will actually fit her. These I can just slap on with no issue.
I'm probably going to design a triple set of wings more similar to these and 3D print them myself so they fit her better. It's such a good look but she's so tippy-toe that that I need something more secure that I can trust will handle her falling over (it's inevitable, even if I try to avoid it).
(Also slapped my dust of dolls horns on her temporarily until I can print proper ones).
