This is my main social media so I'm gonna post it here, fuck it.

No Rest for the Wicked is a game that's in Early Access. It is Dark Souls meets Diablo meets Destiny, but it's so much more.

Isometric games like near linear or fairly left to right camera for gameplay flow. But this game goes beyond that. Moving towards the camera can sometimes help. Or sometimes hugging the wall will reveal a secret entrance. The level design is super intricate and windy while also feeling very grounded.

This game feels like the most alive world I've ever experienced in a video game. The characters are experiencing a BAD TIME ™ and you are trying to help any way you can. You go out, grab resources, come back and use said resources for useful upgrades that help the shops you're using to upgrade a slew of weapon types. I've personally been using the brawler fists. Which makes me feel like Maxwell Gotch(Cloudward, Ho! reference bby!) and I'm just suplexing my enemies. But I originally was playing with a scythe.

They added multiplayer recently, which led me to picking up the game. I would love to have more people that want to fight over who has the cooler house or who can make the most cringe setup possible.

My character can travel with me to other people's worlds too so I still get the progress that works for me. Or we could start a world together with new characters. The world is our oyster here.
