i feel so ill
i know <3. it's a sad moment for everyone outside of the states really. i was so hoping for the clancy live album, and hopefully we will still get that at some point (fingers crossed).
it is heartbreaking to know that two of my all time favourite bands are going to be playing in the 5th biggest stadium in the world and i wont be there to see it. but i am also happy for tyler and josh, because this is such a huge moment for them. i know dcfc has inspired them a lot, and to have them as their OPENER is so so exciting.
and for all of us who aren't going to be able to attend, at least the clique will be very active around the show. we will get an influx of fic writing and fan art. the tĆøp discord group will probably do some listening events leading up to it, and we will get to experience the show through clips and livestreams (please livestream it professionally mark! please!). there has certainly been a rollercoaster of emotions this week, but this is not a final goodbye from the pilots. just a goodbye to the clancy and breach eras, and the lore. now they have freedom to create WHATEVER they want to, and that is very exciting.
