Racing Snails

I have a bunch of stories stored up to tell you, but I thought I’d start with the one that ends with a question for all of you to actually answer, if you know. :-)

This is the story of two lovely snails named Chet and Burn who are a deeply in love couple from Missouri.  They’re less than two years old, but were showing a little racing wear.  Burn’s spoiler was damaged and Chet had some vision issues.  And they needed a little bath to deal with the track dust.  They came fully prepared for their hospital stay in a decorated box with blankets, pillow, and even their own teddy bear!

They really missed being able to look at each other without standing on their heads!

They took some nice baths:

Got new hearts to match their shells:

And had their injuries treated so they could go home:

Burn wanted a bit of bling, hence the ribbon.  :-)

They flew home to Missouri in their same decorated box and their person was really happy.  She said:

Burn and Chet just arrived home! They look so good! I was coloring my hair when they arrived and couldn't give them the big hug I wanted to but now that I've rinsed my hair we're spending the evening watching tv and catching up :-) Burn says Chet looks handsomer than ever now that he's not staring at the ceiling all the time. And Chet thinks Burn looks, well, hot with her makeover and new spoiler. Do you know where I could get a couple little tiny stuffed snails? I think it'd be cute if they started a family!  Thank you SOOO much for fixing my babies up for many more years of love and adventures!

I’m afraid I don’t know a good place for those tiny stuffed snails, but I told her about all of you and asked if she wanted me to ask.  Her response:

That'd be great! Go ahead and ask around. Like you said someone there might know. And I'd love having their story posted. It'd be nice to share them with folks who understand (most people just look at me funny!) I'd love that.

So, I’m officially asking all of you.  Anyone know a good place to find some tiny stuffed baby snails so Chet and Burn can start their family?
