RACKS Brings a Holiday Surprise With Their New Honey Dijon Babys

RACKS is making the holiday season a little bit sweeter with its newest and tastiest surprise! Every time the festive holidays are near, RACKS brings out a new flavorful variant as an early Christmas present for everyone. So I was really excited to see what RACKS had prepared for us this December.

Introducing the new mouth-watering Honey Dijon Babys! This is RACKS’ premium baby rib smothered with honey and dijon mustard giving us those sweet, tangy and smoky flavors in one meaty treat! It’s a unique variant that will truly make your family gatherings juicier and happier this Christmas. The Honey Dijon Babys are available for only a limited time so make sure you try it while it is still here.

Racks is a casual dining restaurant serving delicious flame-grilled fall-off-the-bone ribs which are considered as the #BestRibsinTown for the last 12 years. I visited the their SM North EDSA branch a few days ago so I could get my hands on this new sweet surprise. You can really feel the Christmas spirit in the air with their colorful holiday decor.

I started with the Clam Chowder (P185), a thick and creamy New England-style chowder with tender Manila clams and a hint of bacon. This is served with garlic bread on the side.

The Honey Dijon Babys is their latest creation and these can be ordered as a Half Slab (P595) for solo diners or as a Full slab (P995) for sharing. With my appetite, I can actually finish this full slab by myself, but since Christmas is a season for sharing, I’ll let my partner have his portion. 

Each serving of the Honey Dijon Babys comes with either their house salad or Caesar salad plus your choice of two side dishes. I got the Mashed Potatoes and the Broccoli with Cheese for my two sides.

Racks is known for their classic formula which they have been using since 1992, but the sweet Honey Dijon Babys takes things to a new level. Using the classic #FallsofftheBone pork ribs that is tender on the bone with hefts of meat in between, Racks adds the sweet and tangy ingredients on the Honey Dijon Babys to heighten our flavor palates.

For bigger groups, another option would be the Honey Dijon Pork Rib Platter (P2275) which is good for 5-6 persons. This is perfect for sharing with your family and friends, as you come together and celebrate one of the most exciting seasons of the year!

The Honey Dijon Babys and the Honey Dijon Pork Rib Platter is available at all RACKS branches nationwide until January 9, 2019 only.
