Radcliff Cadell {Birthday Drabble}

Radcliff was walking around town. He wasn't really doing anything. Nothing was really catching his eye. Rad looked at a couple shops and checked out the park. But it was all stuff he had seen and done before. He sighed and plopped down on one of the benches. He squeezed his closed and sighed heavily. He was so incredibly bored. He was contemplating having a short nap, when he heard a small sound next to him. He opened his eyes and looked around. Then Rad spotted the boy standing next to him. The boy tilted his head and stared at Rad. Rad said hi and waved slightly. In response, the boy asked, rather loudly, if he was a pirate. Rad glanced around, then he chuckled and said yes. The boy smiled and threw an eye patch over his left and claimed that he was a pirate too, which prompted a chuckle out of Rad. Then the boy asked if Rad wanted to play pirates with him and his friends. He smiled and shook his head, saying no thanks. The boy pouted for a second before he said okay and headed back to his friends at the playground. Rad chuckled again. However short the interaction was, it brightened Rad's day up.
