So y’all think Cecil ever had a schoolboy crush on Radcliffe when he was working for him orrrrr
Cecil "I don't know the difference between being loved and being useful" Stedman and Director "I don't know the difference between loving someone and loving their usefulness to me" Radcliffe
They are performing a nearly indistinguishable facsimile of a healthy relationship in my mind

Cecil got put in time out 🥀
Radcliffe and Cecil ramble because I've been thinking and writing about them
Really into the idea of Radcliffe being extremely supportive and gentle but if you misbehave he WILL remind you that he could ruin your life or even end it with a snap of his fingers. I think of his attitude toward Cecil being essentially "I made you what you are and I can take it all away if you become more trouble than you're worth" and this hangs unspoken over their entire relationship. Obviously Cecil gets a lot of leeway because he's talented and Radcliffe doesn't even try to hide his favoritism, and Cecil absolutely knows he's the favorite and secretly loves that he is because an authority figure actually finally likes him.
Every time Cecil acts out or starts getting self destructive Radcliffe yanks the leash a little. Just to remind Cecil it's there and who holds it and therefore owns him
Radcliffe would never be so blunt about it of course, he knows Cecil is smart enough to pick up on the subtext. I don't think we get really anything about Cecil before the GDA in either the show or the comics but I can totally see him as being a kid with a ton of potential but he just straight up does not have anybody advocating for him or guiding him. Got labeled as a problem kid early on because he asked too many questions and adults took that as disrespect.
And he's got this kinda contradictory complex about it where he needs to prove himself but he also resents authority cause he's only ever had bad experiences with them. Radcliffe picks up on this and it's like he's won the fucking lottery, cause he knows that if he can be the first authority figure this kid actually trusts and likes and happily submits to, he'll have him for life.
Fucking obsessed with the way Cecil so blatantly pushes Mark's emotional buttons to try and manipulate him and like. He got that from somebody. I need to see Radcliffe's fingerprints indelibly etched into the fired clay of Cecil's psyche. I need to see Donald being unsettled by how much Cecil acts like Radcliffe.
I need to see Radcliffe shattering Cecil piece by piece and grinding him into powder just to reconstitute and mold him in his own image, and I need to see Cecil fighting every second of it until he finally breaks down and admits he needs to be controlled. Wants to be controlled.
Radcliffe tames and resocializes him like he's a fucking feral dog lmao
Something something Radcliffe rebuilds Cecil physically with the artificial skin and mentally with his stint in prison. No part of him left untouched. If you open up Cecil like a matryoshka doll it's just Radcliffe in there, all the way down
Y'all fw meme redraws? Lmao
Radcliffe every time Cecil does some fruity shit (daily occurence)
