what house would misa be in? she's pretty ambitious seeing that she's kind of an idol and stuff

i always wanna put misa in hufflepuff just bc DN DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH HUFFLEPUFFS (like matsuda and ???) but she could be gryffindor too and actually now i’m leaning that way because she is very very brave and has that classic gryffindor self sacrifice shit going on

i don’t really see misa as very ambitious at all honestly like she doesn’t really seem to care about her career and she’s very unprofessional about it and doesn’t seem to want to be THE BEST. most of her striving is not self-focused at all but aimed at light and so i’d say she is very very determined, but not when it comes to increasing her own value or status she just WANTS WHAT SHE WANTS

i always headcanon that he's the spawn of some shinigami/human shebang (emphasis on the bang) or else related to shinigami in another way. like i know how to read says that they can't have sex but however shiningami get made, i'd like to think he's a botched version of that

mostly bc i like a) to give him other wacky powers and bc b) i think the otherness of living in a world that you don't belong to with people who can never quite understand what you are wholly lends a lot more reason to the whole why he's fucking crazy thing

the thing i like best about B is that he's so in control and he's the mastermind and he knows everything and learns everything and turns with the tide and is utterly unflappable - until he isn't. and his real brilliance is that the strings are frayed and entropy is there and all of his perfectly crafted schemes are partially eating him alive and he's dying inside and is he going to save himself? we just don't know
