Zaku III “Blue Moon” Custom

It’s done! A kitbash I started back in October and never painted - until today! What a fun way to finish my vacation :3

The build is 98% Zaku III; the shoulder guards are from a Dilanza kit, the arms are from the 30MF Warrior, and the extra stacked bits on the collar are… from somewhere. Barzam parts, I think?

This was a fun paint job! This was entirely done with AK Paint Markers bc I didn’t feel like busting out a palette. I’m so pleased with that blue!

It's finished. I've finally finished a Living Pokedex in Pokemon Emerald. It took a year and a half of off and on work, and it's done.

Yeah man, I sure do.

I cried when I got this.

Here's a victory lap of the League, featuring some notable friends made along the way! - Toaster the Metang, my favorite evolution line (they're now a Metagross) - Rhaegal the Rayquaza, my main through the post game of Emerald - Ace the Sceptile, my Emerald starter and first ever RNG manip - Pimento the Flygon, one of my best mons from my Colosseum run - Benji the Blastoise, my Fire Red starter - Gideon the Jolteon, my XD Gale of Darkness starter

This challenge was done as close to legit as possible (Celebi is unavailable in English, Mew and Deoxys are event exclusive, Colo bonus disk was emulated) and I am so so proud of this achievement. I can finally put Gen 3 down for a long, long time. I love Hoenn, it's always gonna feel like home. I'm happy to have had such a wonderful adventure.

Well, time to do it all again in Gen 4! Let's go, Sinnoh!
