just to give a brief sort of...explanation of how this system works. In case anyone was wondering! "Cecil" collectively refers to the constant mix of both myself (Cecil) and our lovely host. We fluctuate in terms of who shines through most, but ultimately the main core/personality here is formed by the two of us together to form one personality! Sometimes the mix is 80% to 20%, sometimes 50/50, sometimes 40/60.... and sometimes 0/100, like right now. I believe this is called co-fronting? Within the two of us, then, there are a mixture of other kin that fluctuate and rotate around as other smaller percentages, and sometimes switch out with us to front. Usually it's "Cecil" (that is, myself and our host) who taps out entirely for someone else, rather than just one of us and leaving the other; or, the two of us in combination decrease to 20% or so, leaving a third party at 80%. I hope that all makes sense! But I wanted to be sure I explained this so that when I use my percentage, people understand what I'm talking about, aha.
Cecil mode is at 100% now because otherwise I would be more of a mess than I am currently. (Before we were at about 60% host and 40% Cecil for most of the day.) Sorry about that! I should be better now. Ish. Still feeling sick and woozy. Still kind of want to drink into a stupor, but hey! What else is new?
