This is how you start a war btw. But for me, personally, with risk of sounding like a broken record with how much I've been talking about them, probably Journey, or WROEF. I swear I've played other games, I just really like them lol.

Easily Eorzea. Eorzea is HUGE and has soooo much to offer. I'd love to go to Limsa Lominsa, or Ul'dah, and I'd especially love to visit Gridania. I'd also love to play games at the Manderville Gold Saucer, or go to some sort of informal cafe hosted out of a guild house in the Lavender Beds, and do so so much more. Part of me would also wanna go to Vana'diel too. FFXI and especially FFXIV mean a lot to me.

I genuinely don't think I've ever played any games where I've reached a water level somehow. If I did I can't remember them. Escape the Backrooms kinda has one, but that's less a water level and moreso an ocean level so I'm not counting that. (Abzu is basically nothing but water levels so I'm not counting that either lol)
