Radom P-64 in 9x18 makarov
Several people have requested a set of grips made for this model in either black or grey, and I wanted to post some choices
The top pistol (black on black) has nylon grips, which are the most durable. They have more visible layers, but are made from fantastic material.
The lower pistol (grey on black) has grips made from steel fill PLA. They look great, can rust, and have very thin layers which are all but impossible to see. However, while they are certainly strong enough to be grips, the material is not as heavy duty as the nylon based materials.
Both have a TPE (rubber) wrap that is an essential part of the grips. Both have stippling on the TPE rubber, and are stippled in different patterns.
Pistol: Radom P64 (Polish issued pistol in 9x18 makarov)
We redesigned the p64 grips…just because. Some of these filaments are absolutely amazing. This steel-blend prints beautifully and smoothly. It weighs about twice as much as the other grips we made. Interestingly, you can't even see the layers in it.
One may scroll through our tumble page and think that we are simply making “plastic” firearm accessories. However, filaments such as the Nylons, polycarbonates, TPE rubbers, and others filaments are actually quite strong.
Rest assured that everything we make is quite durable. It’s unbelievable how strong the nylon filaments are, and I want to post a video of us durability testing the nylon foregrip made for MP5K’s.
