Final duty day. For some reason, I feel like I should be full of sorrow, yet, I'm at peace knowing that my RAs days are almost over. No sadness, just satisfaction.

understanding
having continuing students who are constantly loud is definitely not okay. they know the rules, they know better.
however, understanding why they are being loud, video games, and creating a deal about the noise level feels so much better than doing a write up. I avoiding an awkward relationship with residents and better understood them. yay me!
