Feeling like death today. I've taken paracetamol and it's done fuck all.

Relaxing on the sofa doing some retail therapy. I purchased 2 grrrl tanks and a t-shirt from @raevolution. I got the iron grrrl, life like a grrrl and my body my rules.

I also treated myself to some @kyliecosmetics as I've wanted to try them for a while. Bummed I missed the 20% sale but I did get free international shipping.

The easiest way to explain my expansion was by taking a word for word paragraph from my final business plan: "The Vision Raevolution is already established as a personal training business based in an Industrial unit in West Yorkshire and also offering online coaching programs worldwide with one on one support. I am ready and focused to grow Raevolution in a number of ways. I’d like to add a retail accessory aspect, potentially launch my own clothing line to include plus size clothing and grow further to then provide healthy, organic dessert/snack options for those leading a healthy lifestyle. The personal training service will be based both inside the business premises and also online. Retail products are to be sold online as well as in the business premises and future baked goods will be sold online, delivered locally and in the future delivered safely nationwide. The mission is to provide all of a fitness enthusiasts’ needs in one space: - Private coaching if needed -Group class coaching - Fitness ‘must haves’ including clothing, accessories, recovery products and giftware - Healthy foods (in the future) The mission is to give all people from all fitness levels the opportunity to find what they need, without having to travel to multiple retail outlets. Raevolution has flourished as a business steadily over the past year 18 months. I have proven that through impeccable service, empathetic coaching and customer success/results that I can build a business from scratch, even with no footfall due to my current location. There will always be competition in Personal Training but my business will offer aspects that no other business type can, purely by having all of my services, in one place. There is a huge gap in the market for fitness/gym clothing for those who need larger sizes at the start of their health journey. There is also, a huge gap in the market for having all fitness accessories and needs in one location. 🏋🏋 Raevolution update - After 9 weeks of waiting to sign after receiving confirmation, the landlord/company of the premises has pulled out at the final moment. It seems the retail shop underneath wasn't happy about my business being above even with my efforts to spend a lot of money to make sure it wasn't a problem. - I'm keeping it real with everyone because I'm still working on it and I'm not about to give up. Raevolution is still very much current, growing and expanding. In the meantime, if anyone knows of any units suitable in the area, help a girl out. I bought myself a bottle of pink bubbly. I'm celebrating. I'm celebrating a new chapter of my life. Raevolution was born long before I qualified as a trainer. Raevolution was born the minute I knew that I wanted to help other people change their life like I did. It took more courage and doubt than anybody could ever know, it took more strength and persistence than you could also ever know. Being self employed is extremely difficult. If you're sick, you don't get paid, If you go on holiday, you don't get paid. If you want a mortgage you have to wait 2 years before you even start to think about it. If you have one client for the month, that's just £200 wage less your rent and the rest. I knew that I had to pursue starting my own business no matter how hard it would become. I launched my own studio gym in an extremely old outdoor building in 2015. I didn't cry with happiness when I did launch, but now I know why I didn't. That was just the mini dream. What's going on right now is the real dream. I was accepted recently into a PROPER premises. Inside. With proper electricity. In a town centre. This is the dream. The big reveal will come in June and whilst I'm dying to explain the next major part of Raevolution, I know it will be better to keep my mouth shut. 🙊 I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for my other half. He is the only person who has supported me through it all. Through my tears, my stress, my heart problems, my anxiety, my depression and most of all my persistence to be successful.
