I did go down the Rafalfred pipeline recently and I kinda get it

There's this common ground of refusing to be weak and wanting to be someone the others can rely on

And it does work for Alfred because one of his underrated qualities is that he looks for the good qualities in others that they don't see in themselves which Rafal would benefit from

He'd deny it, but Rafal would appreciate it
