Dear XXXXX I've noticed in my Friday morning classes a lot of students start working on their assignments due at 5 pm during class. Or they will completely miss my class all together but will show up for the next class with XXXXX and when I ask why. They all have the same excuse that they had an assignment due or had to do class work they should of done in their own time. I wanted to see if it's possible to change the due dates from Fridays to the start of the class? as this is really is causing a disturbance. I can understand with some subject students need the extra time but doing the assignment on the day it is due is pathetic and during another class no less. I think it's time students learnt about time management
