I know if you cast an X cost spell for free, X=0, but what if I copy it with, say, Fork? Is X=0 or X=Same value? Thanks in advanced!

If you’re copying a spell on the stack, X will have the same value as the originial spell.

Yes. It will have Flashback but no flashback cost because it has no mana cost.
