Taika Watiti reverses all the Development Thor has made in his solo films and in the avengers films. He made Thor a fucking idiot goofball that still seems like a child. I thought we got over that shit in the first film? Taika also made Bruce an Idiot and completely ruined any pathos that character had by making him another joke machine like Thor and everyone else in Ragnarok. I’m sorry but Raganarok wasn’t this “mind blowing character study” it was a farce that tried to make us feel emotions but fucking undercut every thing with a joke. Korg literally makes a joke about all of Asgard blowing up in a scene which should have been tragic. I’m sorry, making your movie “funny” doesn’t make it good. They removed everything I liked about Thor and they could have made epic Shakespearean films, but they just did “Guardians but with Thor” I’m sorry they ruined his character. At least the Russo’s tried to make him a real character in infinity war. Too bad it felt Taika watiti wrote his character Endgame.
