Just this single photo today. Hard fast up tempo ride for day three of #Ragbrai2019. 44 miles of minimal hills, nice pavement and a personal record! I left Winterset at roughly 630. There wasn’t a town until 21 miles in. Which was Cumming. Before that though I stopped a couple miles before for my @mrporkchopjr, FIRST CHOP OF THE DAY!!!! Boom Shaka laka! Not just the first chop of a batch. CHOP NUMBER ONE! Oh yeah! I’m special! It was the BEST chop EVER!!!!!! Then it was sassy slushes time a Gatorade and a Mountain Dew! I have had one of those in a few days!!! Much needed and earned! Then it was on to Norwalk where I checked in at the team tent, and continued on to do some ambassadorial duties with @endscycling! Yeah it was a goooooooood day! When I was at #endscycling @allpraisejc and I got to pray for a father/daughter duo who we ran into. God was working on cyclists lives today! Including mine! I am so thankful and blessed to be a part of Ends of the Earth Cycling! Tomorrow is a fun day for me as it’s CENTURY DAY! Oh by the way!
