RAHBI hails from Georgia, and he and his fellow performers have all the trappings of a true band of ATLiens (though they hail from nearby McDonough, Ga.). This hybrid R&B-pop mix sounds like it was raised at Janelle Monáe’s Wondaland, and RAHBI has an undeniable charisma (and a falsetto to match). This is a hammy, groovy, joyful concoction.
