Tae stops mid-sentence when she suddenly realizes that this student isn't Raidou. It was an easy mistake to make, what with their similar clothes... and hairstyles... and faces, but there are some significant differences. And not just the scars on his face, either. There's something about his demeanor, the way he holds himself, that gives the impression that he's a very different person from Raidou.

"I'm sorry, I mistook you for a student of mine."

Something caught Raido's attention while heading down a school hallway: there was a small, fuzzy item on the floor. After bending down to pick it up, Raido quickly glanced up to see who might've dropped it... and noticed a tall blond student walking towards the men's room. He then examined the tiny charm. It was a little white bunny complete with a pink ribbon around its neck. Smirking to himself, he decided to follow the other into the men's room and lingered around the sink area, waiting.

Kanji wiped his hands on his pants and stepped out of the stall.  He was in somewhat of a panic; he'd noticed while in the bathroom that his charm was missing, and this was one of the matching ones he'd made for himself and his ma before leaving home.  It must've fallen out of his pocket.  With any luck, he'd find it right in the bathroom.  If it ended up out in the hall while students were passing by, he might not be brave enough to claim it...which would be a shame, since ma promised to keep hers close.

Of all the stupid...

Between his broading and his search, Kanji's head was pointed down, which is why it smacked right into someone's shoulder.  Kanji reeled back.

"Ouch!  Watch--oh!  Raidou! I'm sorry, I was uh, distracted."  With his head spinning, he didn't look closely at the student, but thought he recognized his dormmate.  He cursed at himself.  Running into the guy was not the way to start out on the right foot with him.
