Raidou 2 does in fact NOT mention the Great Will or that people pray to it at the game’s Catholic Church. The Japanese version says "異国の神へ祈る場所にて、キサマを待っているぞ," or using the localization’s own dialect, "I shall wait for you where sons of man pray to a foreign country's god." Delightful. And this is being delivered by Baek Yong, a Korean dragon. This one has layers.
Another piece of trivia on the wiki... obliterated.
