Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files, una clip ci presenta Flatt e Swin
La serie animata andrà in onda dal 7 luglio.
Diffuso un nuovo breve spot per “Lord El-Melloi II’s Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note”, la trasposizione animata del romanzo “Lord El-Melloi II-sei no Jikenbo”, spin-off di Fate/stay Night incentrato sul Lord El-Melloi II, il Waver Velvet di “Fate/Zero”. La prima metà della serie metterà in scena del materiale originale, mentre la seconda porterà su schermo l’arco narrativo Rail Zeppelin della light novel.
Il video introduce Flatt Escardos e Swin Grashate, doppiati rispettivamente da Yoshitsugu Matsuoka e Seiichirou Yamashita.
La serie, il cui debutto è previsto per il 7 luglio, è diretta da Makoto Katou (Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru), presso TROYCA (Bloom Into You ), con la supervisione di Ei Aoki(Fate/Zero). Il character design è ad opera di Jun Nakai (Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri), mentre la sceneggiatura è curata da Ukyou Kodachi. L’episodio pilota (il numero 0) è stato mostrato nel corso di uno speciale televisivo andato in onda il 31 dicembre 2018.
La storia è ambientata a Londra, in Inghilterra, e segue Lord El-Melloi II e l’apprendista Gray mentre risolvono vari casi di natura magica, per conto dell’Associazione dei Maghi.
Il romanzo scritto da Makoto Sanda e illustrato da Mineji Sakamoto, viene pubblicato da Type-Moon Books dal dicembre 2014 e conta attualmente dieci volumi. Dall’ottobre 2017 ne viene serializzata una versione manga disegnata da Tou Azuma, giunta per ora al terzo volume.

On 21 June 1931, it set a world railway speed record of 230.2 km/h (143.0 mph) - the railcar still holds the land speed record for a petrol powered rail vehicle.
