The Salvage Archive: Lincolnshire on 35mm 🎞️
There is a specific kind of magic in found film. These images from Colin Green Photography capture the quiet, sun-drenched moments of the Lincolnshire rail network.
Slide 1: Class 144 'Pacer' (144 009) at rest, destination: Hull.
Slide 2 & 4: Regional Railways 'Express' Class 158s cutting a path through the vibrant yellow and green of a Lincolnshire summer.
Slide 3: A Class 156 Super Sprinter (156 405) framed by the skeletal trees of early spring.
The saturation of the slides brings out the "Regional Railways" livery in a way digital just can't replicate. It’s a glimpse into a time before the modern franchise aesthetic took over.
