"Hi this beautiful boy is Robin. Robin was sadly put to sleep on the 12/7/17 as he had consumed a toxin and it was the kindest thing we could do despite all efforts to save him. Robin was a suprise christmas gift to me from my fiance as my previous cay was also taken from me in similar circumstances and I missed having a cat around #crazycatlady. He was one of a litter of kittens abandoned at a shelter here in the UK and sadly black and black/white kittens are difficult to re-home. What a gift he was! He has been my sidekick and friend for almost 5 years and to say I love him is an understatement! He was very vocal and would often wait for me in the morning when I came home from work telling me about what he had been up to. Robin was and is truly something special and I'm so thankful that we got to spend those years with him. Although I miss him terribly and am grieving his loss he will hold such a special place in our hearts furever. Say hi to the beautiful Bella. Posted for @auntmitty with #love and #condolences "This is my sweet Bela. She passed this morning at 5:30am. Her sisters, Emo and Shady, and I loved her very much! She was a sweet girl with a lot of spunk! There was no gray area with her, she either loved you completely or down right hated you. And she would show it by either covering you with white hair as she rubbed on you or she would hiss and bite you! She had quite the appetite too! Her favorite things were pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and chili.She never let the chance to lick the rim of my wine glass go by or wrinkle her nose at the bubbles in beer! But most of all, she loved me. She was by my side all the time. She waited at the door for me to come home and had her own pillow in the bed so we could sleep together. She was always giving me kisses and would purr so so loud. You ARE the definition of love and I wish with every ounce of my being that I could have kept you earth-side with me forever. You have been through a lot in your life and have been so #strong through it all. You were never scared, you never showed your pain, you have never been anything but happy. Literally all you wanted was for US to be happy. You have been THE perfect dog. Whoever abandoned you really missed out, but I'm so thankful that God brought us together. You have been there for me when I needed it the most so now it was my turn to be there for you as you needed it the most. We have crossed many bridges together before, and I, along with your loved ones, were with you by your side (actually you were laying in our laps in our home where you were the most comfortable we could possibly make it for you) while you crossed that magical #rainbowbridge earlier today. We had to let go of you briefly until it's our time to cross also, however, I know you will be there waiting on the other side to greet us with that same happy grin we all know and love you for. I'm sorry I couldn't do more to protect you from such a horrible disease. After this past week being in and out of hospitals and specialists, you were finally diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma of the heart (not heart failure like originally thought). Hemangiosarcoma is an incredibly nasty, incredibly aggressive cancer. Being that it was on your heart made things that much more difficult to treat. We tried chemo but it wasn't enough to get ahead of the cancer. You did good until last night when you crashed again and this morning after consulting with all specialists, the conclusion was that this was the cancer, not the chemo, causing you to feel so bad" #alldogsgotoheaven #rainbowbridgeonline
