New! Fighting evil by moonlight…winning love by daylight… I used to make up random lyrics to this themesong as a wee boo - would always have to be sailor jupiter when my friends and I played sailor scouts at recess and have been putting off rewatching this for way too long! This has been sitting in my stitchfiddle for several months now as blank blobs of colour. I couldnt decide what colour palette felt right then finally just said screw it and used all the colours of the rainbow. While this looks blocky and weird as a mockup - the actual stitches come together so nicely. It’s here! It’s finished! May I present the Rainbow Hearts Set: two cross stitch patterns featuring the same pattern of hearts, one in a square and the other in a circle, available as pattern downloads and as kits. In addition to that, I’ve created a “Get Started With Cross Stitch” guide on my website, first link at the page in my bio. Finished the Black Lives Matter hoop and listed it on the #Etsy shop. Took me forever to decide how to make the hanger. Price is $25, with $20 of that going to @justcity901 Image description: set of 5 images 1- an embroidery hoop hung on a cabinet handle with the words “Black Lives Matter” stacked vertically in the center of the hoop unstitched and showing the white background fabric through with black backstitched outlines. Diagonal rainbow stripes (red, orange, yellow, green, and blue) fill the background circle with a white border between the circle and wooden hoop. 2-The same hoop hung facing backwards on the cabinet handle, showing blue and white checkered plaid fabric stitched to the inside of the hoop with white embroidery thread in a blanket stitch. 3- A close up shot of the hanging loop tied to the metal closure at the top of the hoop.
