Rank the songs by how much they get stuck in your head
I didn't realise quite how many songs there were in this musical until I started this list, so I'm omitting any reprises and only including the top 10, cause after that they mostly plateau out on earworminess.
The Open Road (every time we get in the car for more than a five-minute drive, my mother sings this song. every time. it's the ba-da-da-da bit that does it)
Messing About in a Boat (I have a feeling context is partially why this song sticks in my head, tbh it's not as if I had this song on repeat for a week in November, nope)
We're Taking Over the Hall (extra points for the whole cast reprising it during the curtain call and being catchy as hell)
The Wassailing Mice (I hummed this almost constantly through Christmas, even if I don't know many of the words)
The Wild Wooders (villains/antags always get catchy songs)
A Place To Come Back To (it's where IIIIIIIIII belong)
Speed is of the Essence (even if my brain keeps forgetting the original line for "alas poor toad is fucked")
A Friend is Still a Friend (I don't know why the "if he has a weakness, habits that are his, aren't they mere foibles that make him who he is?" line rattles around my head at odd moments, but it does)
Hush! (admittedly my brain goes mostly HUSH! HUSH! ... underneath the floors.. somethingsomething all fours... and that's it)
To Be A Woman (I don't know why. I think it's the backing singers)
send me a category and I'll rank witw songs by it
