Ingredients: 1 cup shredded red cabbage. 1 cup shredded green cabbage. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper. 1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper. 1 cup thinly sliced orange bell pepper. 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Shred the red cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots and put them all in a large bowl. Cut the red, yellow, and orange bell peppers into very thin slices and add them to the bowl. Add the fresh cilantro, parsley, and sliced red onion. Add sliced almonds and sunflower seeds to the vegetables that have been cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste to the slaw.
