This Creamy Chicken Pasta with Cajun Sauce Dip is a flavorful and satisfying appetizer that combines tender chicken, creamy cheese sauce, and Cajun spices. It's perfect for game nights, parties, or any occasion where you want to impress your guests with a delicious dip.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/2 cup cooked pasta such as penne or fusilli. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Mix in the Cajun seasoning and shredded chicken, making sure the chicken is evenly covered. When you add the cooked pasta to the pan, stir it in to mix with the chicken mixture. Turn down the heat and stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Put the dip in a serving bowl, and if you want, top it with chopped parsley. Mix it up and serve it hot with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
