OKAY NOW ANSWERING TO THE QUESTION, THE SHORT ANSWER IS YES HAYLO DOES FEEL AFFECTION TOWARDS SOL, they see sol as a sibling

sol and haylo (and helov) would be that basic sibling relationship where they just bicker but they do have love for each other though they do not show it

after everything blah blah blah rain gone yayy happy everybody hapy, haylo turns into sols harp while helov turns into the moss grass surrounding them and sol becoming the new sustainer or lord
