i love painting- its the prep work that makes me crazy. all those tiny, tiny little lines. ugggghhhhhh my hand cramps up- and i have to take a breather. thankfully i don’t have to lineart the wings- because i’m a boss and i say so. i can’t wait to color this one- it’s gonna be so pretty ...and sad. and awesome. but sad.

i’ll probably finish up the lines and start adding color tomorrow- keep a look out!

Brain Damage | Dean & Cas

"I'm telling you, I'm fine," Sam argued placidly from his bed where he was sitting partially up.

Dean rolled his eyes "No you're not Sam, there may as well be a reaper outside the damn door," he joked, pausing as Sam went into a coughing fit. "Just sit this one out, it's probably nothing anyway, nothing I can't handle at least." He sighed & sat down to put on his shoes.

They'd just come from a job a few towns over when they heard about a few odd disappearances in a town called Frankfort, MI. It was the usual backwater town with little more than an old movie theater, a couple churches, & a few grocery stores. Unfortunately they'd no sooner arrived than Sam fell grievously ill & complained in between puking on the side of the road that it was probably caused by him falling in a ditch full of stagnant water on their last job & that the bitter cold wasn't helping. So by the time they made it to the hotel Sam could hardly move.

"Look, just get some sleep dude, I don't want to have to call in a favor with Cas to bring your ass back," Dean added as he grabbed his car keys to go check out the site of the disappearances.
